Payment Schedule: Payments are made every two weeks, specifically from the 1st to the 5th and from the 15th to the 19th of each month. If the payment period falls on a weekend, such as a Sunday, the payment will be processed on the following Monday.
Minimum Balance: Payments are released only if your account balance exceeds $50. However, if you decide to discontinue freelancing for MedicalPapersTutors.com, any unpaid balance will be released to you.
Payment Options: We offer two payment options for your convenience:
- Bank Transfer: This option is facilitated by Equity Bank. With this method, your earnings are deposited directly into your local bank account. Setting up your bank details is a one-time process, and there are no maintenance fees. It’s crucial to provide accurate bank details, as the company cannot be held responsible for payments sent to the wrong account due to incorrect information.
- PayPal: If you opt for PayPal, standard PayPal fees may apply. In cases where your earnings exceed $1,000, the amount is transferred in multiple installments.
Low Balances: If your account balance is less than $50, the remaining balance is carried over to the following month’s statement.
Submission Deadline: To ensure timely payment, you should provide your payment information at least four days before the payment period. If you fail to submit your payment details on time, your payment will be processed in the subsequent payment period.
Changing Payment Information: If you need to update your payment information, you must undergo a verification procedure and provide official documents for security purposes. Once your account is terminated, you are not allowed to modify the payment details previously submitted.
Refunds: In cases where a writer violates our terms and conditions, resulting in client refunds and a loss of business on the company’s side, your payment will be withheld for a period of 30 days. After this period, you can request your payment. Please note that your account will be permanently closed in such instances.
